Pricing

You only pay for what you use.

There is no plan to pick, nothing to pay per person, and no tier to outgrow. Wash Junkie counts one thing: the changes your team makes to your records. A new order. An order moved along. A payment written down. Looking anything up, running reports and signing in are free, and they stay free.

Right now

Every operation costs you $0 while we’re in early access.

The meter still runs, and the counts on your Billing & usage page are real — but nothing is taken from your Wash Credit. The prices below are what we would charge when we switch it on, so nothing lands as a surprise later.

10,000

Wash Credits, free at signup

Yours, free, the moment your business is created — before you take your first order. They cover 5,000 changes to your records.

2 WC

per operation, once we start charging

A fifth of a US cent, so one US dollar covers 500 of them. One operation is one change to one record — you move one order along, that is one. A change that reaches three outlets still counts once, not three times.

0 %

of your revenue

What your customers pay you stays yours. We do not touch it, we do not move it, and we take no cut of a single wash.

Work it out

What your business would cost a month.

Drag the slider to the number of orders you do a month. These six areas are the ones Wash Junkie counts. The switches are real — inside the product an owner can pause an area, and both the work and the charge stop.

Your first 10,000 Wash Credits are free. At this rate, that covers about 2 months of running the outlet.

A model, not a quote. It counts 7 operations on a typical order — created, two items, three status moves and a payment recorded — and the other five areas add a little on top. Your own numbers are on Billing & usage from the day you start.

Always free

  • Reading anything — every screen, every report, every export
  • Signing in — you, and everyone you invite
  • Funding your Wash Credit
  • Pausing an area, and starting it again
  • A customer rating an order
  • Writing to us

Counted as an operation

  • Creating an order or changing it, and every status it moves through
  • Adding, changing or removing an item on the order
  • Recording or correcting a payment
  • Assigning a driver, loading a machine
  • Adding or changing a customer, a driver or a machine
  • Changing a service or one of your priced items
  • Inviting someone to your team, or changing their role

Deleting counts too. Taking an item, a note or a payment off an order is a change to that order, so it counts as one operation, the same as adding one. We would rather say it here than have you find it on an invoice.

The six areas

  • Orders
  • Customers
  • Drivers
  • Machines
  • Catalog
  • Staff

Your Billing & usage page splits your activity across these six, day by day in your outlet’s own time zone, and each one has a pause switch only an owner can use. Orders carries the most, because sending a driver out and loading a machine are both things that happen to an order.

You never pay to know where you stand.

Looking costs nothing today, and it costs nothing after we switch charging on — the meter only counts the changes your team makes. Those are $0 too while we are in early access, so the number you read off your Billing & usage page is yours, not the slider’s estimate.
